Mapping logs too large on disk

Bowtie2 mapping using trimmed reads obtained with QC module produce several warnings like this : Warning: minimum score function gave negative number in --local mode for mate #1 of read 'CAK1WANXX170317:3:1101:10016:71390/1#FQST:0; setting to 0 instead

This issue has already been reported here : https://www.biostars.org/p/230480/

However, this does not concern only too short reads (as it is mentioned in the link above), but also ones of normal length.

As these warnings go to logging, it produces log files weighting several GigaBytes each, which is very problematic. For now, I just stop logging from bowtie2 in binning module, but this issue needs to be resolved.
