Add report about distribution of MAPQ and Identity while filtering

When the MAPQ filter remove a lot of reads, it's hard to know if most reads were poor or low quality. But the raw bam is deleted by the pipeline.

Adding a secondary output to bampreprocess, containing the distribution of MAPQ and MAPI would be useful.
