Use of a file configuration for all the commands

Run a file config as a command with his flag

Example of a config file to run evalassist-cli project clone (could be project-clone.config.yml)

project.clone:
  search: chdh2s4f1s5v4e2d5f1d6c4
  limit: 10
  membership: 
  userID:
  dateAfter:
  projectURL:
  projectID:

Could be run with evalassist-cli run-config ./project-clone.config.yml
