I have two instances running Nextcloud, for both of them using the app version 1.1.0 and enabling 'Render HTML content'. The rendering of HTML does not seem to work using names as README.html or adding a new item in the file list as 'README.html'.
Neither for private in browser or public shares.

Afterwards, the README.md-Content did not have the "README.md" header any more, and the background was white instead of yellow.
It was ok not to have the headline, but I preferred the yellow background, so I enabled it in the settings - and the app stopped working and did neither show HEADER nor README any more. (As before, I tested it with another user different from the NX admin.)
I disabled the yellow background again and the texts were rendered again.
To debug this, I played a bit with the config settings, but unfortunately forgot / thought too late about opening the javascript console in my browser.
Long story short, this misbehaviour was reproducable for a while, but since I played around "sufficiently" with the config settings, the app suddenly worked as expected.
Could it be that all / most of the config settings currently need to be toggled manually before the app works properly, and bails out after a new installation if the "yellow background" check box is activated?https://gitlab.univ-nantes.fr/uncloud/files_readmemd/-/issues/27Not really an Issue: NextCloud introduces new collaborative Markdown editor2019-07-02T13:43:04ZGunter OhrnerNot really an Issue: NextCloud introduces new collaborative Markdown editorHi,

This should probably combine very well with files_readmemd, don't you think? :-)
(I'm still at Nextcloud 15, so I cannot try it.)
Do you think about a new release anytime soon - I think even though #24 is still open, the current state works much better than the currently released 1.0.4 in the "app store"...https://gitlab.univ-nantes.fr/uncloud/files_readmemd/-/issues/26Public share Unauthorized Exception GET/Config2019-06-28T10:05:09ZLuc PasmansPublic share Unauthorized Exception GET/ConfigHello,

I noticed that whenever I use a different browser to visit a public share where I am not logged into Nextcloud already the app fails to render. When looking deeper with inspector mode it gives the error '.../index.php/apps/files_readmemd/config 401 (Unauthorized)' with 'Current user is not logged in'.
Now... tricky part is I don't know if this is related to the app or to the following issue from Nextcloud as around the same time these errors come up.

Using README.md app 1.0.4 with Nextcloud 15.0.8 brings some unexpected behaviours... Here is a bug I detected in the Nextcloud sharing page.
Steps to replicate:
- make sure README.md app is activated on the Nextcloud instance
- create a document
- create a share link
- make the share open for edits
Now, open the share link in your browser. This is what can be seen in the web developer console:
![image](/uploads/6195239c2e23d9bdf560ba47f058b9f8/image.png)
As a consequence, the top right menu does not open when clicked and, for those using OnlyOffice, the "Open in OnlyOffice" button does not appear.
If README.md app application is disabled, the above error disappears and the behaviours of boths the menu and the OnlyOffice button are fine.https://gitlab.univ-nantes.fr/uncloud/files_readmemd/-/issues/21README.md git version spams NextCloud error log2019-06-17T08:36:27ZGunter OhrnerREADME.md git version spams NextCloud error log```

Many of them are not always reproducible. A reproducible one was that the bullet points, usually generated by starting with an asterisk ("*"), followed by a space, did not show up at all. Also, often nothing would show up at all when I included one of these asterisks (not even after a simply reload in the browser (F5)). Sometimes, the page displayed after a forced/hard page reload (Ctrl+Shift+R in chrome).
In my NC markdown editor the bullets showed up correctly and as expected.
Not sure this should be called "v1.0" at this stage... it sets some expectations in users. Matthieu Le CorreMatthieu Le Corre
