Simplification of helpers on already closed issue #905 TooFewBranchesForASwitchStatement

Changes:

  • Simplified helpers nbBranchesOfASwitchStatement()and tooFewBranchesForASwitchStatement()as mentioned in Mattermost
  • Renamed ATL rule from createMeasureForTooFewBranchesForASwitchStatement() to MeasureTooFewBranchesForASwitchStatement() for naming conformity with the other ATL rule names
  • Modified the measures' shortDescription, replaced with the PMD description
