Improvement on fixed issue #770 CommentRequired -> Removed all if/else conditionals

Modifications on #770 (closed) CommentRequired :

  • Removed all if/else conditionals
  • Replaced iterate() by collect()
  • Set documentation comments

Added : I made gen-launch-config scripts in .bat and .sh to generate .launch configurations for every xmi input file as it helps me save time. I think it might be usefull, if not, i'll add it to .gitignore
