Co-binning does not work

When running for co-binning with genosysmics run binning, after running single_binning_from_co_assembly, genosysmics just check single_binning_from_co_assembly. Neither changing the binning strategy in the config file, nor forcing binning_strategy to be 'co_binning_from_co_assembly'.
