Hyperlinks in Footer or Header are opened within the same Browser Windows

Hello, i am using this app in my nextcloud 19 instance. The displaying of footer and headers are working proberly. But if i am clicking on hyperlinks displayed in the header or footer, the page is opened in the same window as the nextcloud page, so users have to go back or open the nextcoud page again. If you open the hyerlinks within the nextcloud text app, so the link is opened in an new window. Can this be solved?
