New binning strategie and tools and new bin refinement tool, new ARGs and MGEs detection tools

Binning part :

• Add binning tools (CONCOT, Semibin2)
• Add SB strategie (was already present but the way it was developed did not change from the CB strategie)
• Add refinement tool because we use multiple binning tools (DAStool), not currently in use, but integrated and functional

Annotation part :

• Add tools to detect ARGs (AMRfinderPlus and ABRicate)
• Add MGEs tool detection (genomad)

Few modifications into configtemplate file and assembly part (add sample name into output files --> useful for binning part)
